Letter of Invitation
Letters of invitation will be provided to those who require it as long as
they have completed the registration procedure and payment has been confirmed. When
you have registered, send an enquiry to cec09_invitations@idi.ntnu.no and a
letter of invitation will be provided for you.
Important Notes
- Registration deadline for authors with accepted papers is 27th February 2009.
- An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the final camera-ready version is accompanied with a regular registration and payment by at least one of the authors (i.e., no student registration will be allowed for this purpose).
- One regular registration will cover the publication of up to two accepted papers of the registrant. Each additional accepted paper associated with the same registration is subject to a mandatory publication fee of NOK1,420.
- For student registration, a proof of current full-time student status is required (i.e., a copy of student card or certification from University).
We require either:
- (A) a copy of your student card or
- (B) certification from your university or
- (C) a signed letter from your supervisor on University headed paper.
Please scan and email your proof to cec09_student_proof@idi.ntnu.no when you have completed your registration.
- The page limit for each paper is eight. Up to two additional pages are permitted for an overlength charge of NOK710 per additional page.
- Orders of additional banquet tickets, or additional DVD proceedings after 27th March 2009 are subject to availability.
- Refund policy: Processing fee NOK710 by 27th March 2009. No refund will be honoured after 27th March 2009.
- An abstract booklet will be made available.
